The menu pays homage to the diverse cultural influences and rich culinary traditions of New Orleans. Check out Louisiana classics like Seafood Gumbo and Paneed Rabbit – each dish will also see subtle influences from the freshest Mid-Atlantic seafood, meat, and produce. Dinner offerings include a selection of small and large plates; extensive Raw Bar. Don’t forget to order Beignets or the Lemon Ice Box for dessert!

Chef Essig, who hails from NOLA, is collaborating with Long Shot Hospitality Chef/Partner Kyle Bailey to utilize Mid-Atlantic ingredients to prepare classic Louisiana fare. The Dauphine’s beverage program is developed in partnership with New Orleans native Neal Bodenheimer – owner of Cure, the 2018 James Beard Foundation Award winner for Outstanding Bar Program – and will offer innovative riffs on NOLA classics.

The expansive 145-seat restaurant boasts an additional 4,000 square feet of outdoor dining space for 110 guests. Design features include a custom raw bar and wood charcuterie case, a double-height wrought-iron pavilion surrounded by lush greenery that links the dining room and bar area, and a custom New Orleans-inspired tiled fountain.
