Two rock icons and one of the most celebrated rock photographers in the world have traded in their musical instruments to create an exciting collection of limited edition photographs for an exclusive exhibition, “Rock in Las Vegas.” The Carnevale Gallery at Caesars Palace exhibit is in partnership with Leica Camera and will showcase the original work of Julian Lennon, Nikki Sixx, and famed rock photographer Neal Preston. The exhibition will be featured at the gallery forgone month with limited edition prints available for collectors and fans alike.
Julian Lennon Photography: Julian Lennon began his artistic trajectory at a young age with an inherent gift for playing musical instruments. As an observer of life in “timeless,’ his first photo exhibition which debuted in New York in 2010, Lennon’s talents behind the camera were established. Nikki Sixx Photography: “Life is about change. For me, photography is about capturing that moment in time before it changes. I feel motivated to tell stories through photography and sometimes, if I’m lucky, discover things about myself.” Neal Preston Photography: “Shooting live music…you can’t teach it, you can’t learn it, you just do it. The recipe is as follows: one part love of photography, one part love of music, one part love of theater and theatrical lighting, one part hero worship, one part time and 95% instinct.”
