Nancy Radlauer has spent years in the media industry, specializing in travel, food and wine. Her journalistic background includes free-lance contributions to “Social Affairs Magazine”, “Las Olas Magazine” and “La Revue” profiling public figures and covering destinations, cuisine, and special events. She was a restaurant reviewer and columnist for “South Florida’s Entertainment News & Views” (ENV Magazine); and Vice Chargée de Presse for “Gastronome Magazine“, the National publication of “La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs”, a prestigious International Food & Wine Society.
Nancy was formerly a Mediator for the Miami-Dade County Equal Opportunity Board and U.S. Postal Service; and taught Management and International Business at Florida International University. She was Chair of the Florida’s Human Rights Advocacy Council and “No Place for Hate” (a county-wide diversity awareness campaign), and served on Hands on Miami, and Miami-Dade County’s Community Relations Board.
Today, Nancy is the Bailli (President) of La Chaine’s “Greater Miami Bailliage” (aka Miami Chaine chapter; the largest in the United States) – an Executive Board member of Hadassah Miami Region – and a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier South Florida. Nancy is married to Charles Radlauer, M.D., J.D., a gastronome and wine connoisseur; they love to travel and live in Aventura, Florida.
