The Adelphi Hotel • Saratoga Springs, New York

The Adelphi Hotel first opened in 1877. It offered the lap of luxury to well-heeled visitors and was considered the hub of Saratoga society. Today, the property showcases elements of the original property with modern touches; a grand staircase, royal blue and taupe palette, and numerous amenities from dry cleaning, robes and throws, to heated floors, towel racks, complimentary mini-bar, and chef-inspired turndown delicacies.

Today, the hotel features two on-site restaurants: Celebrity Chef David Burke’s Blue Hen and Morrissey’s, named for John Morrissey, a prizefighter and gangster turned congressman!

The Beer and Wine Garden is perfect for cocktails and on Wednesdays, enjoy 1/2 price specials at SUSHI within Morrissey’s. All of the venues focus on creating custom events and offer a wide array of culinary experiences. The hotel’s wine cellar has been fully restored and there’s outdoor space for dining.
