She loves to travel and has been published in numerous on-line, in-print and in-flight magazines over three hundred and fifty times. She loves to write about architecture, history, beer, wine, haunted places, and people. She has two sons and is a proud Noni to six (yes six) grand-dogs!

America, Caribbean and Latin America (Le Meriden and Hyatt Hotels; Mazda; Royal Caribbean Cruise Line; Bahamas Tourist Board; Florida Department of Tourism and more). Irene Moore, Miami • Contributing Writer Irene Moore is a free-lance writer specializing in food, wine, and luxury travel. She holds an Advanced Sommelier/Mastery of Wines Certification. Over the years, she wrote a monthly style column, “The Personal Shopper,” for W magazine, tourism guides about Florida locales, and articles for 30+ glossy magazines (New York Observer, Trillionaire, Women’s Wear Daily, etc). She was Editor-in-Chief of Where Magazine and Where Guestbooks for 10 years. Irene is the President /Co-founder of Les Dames d’Escoffier International’s S. Florida chapter. She has lived in 5 different countries and through her writing, has evolved as an expert in culinary tourism and oenotourism. Charles Radlauer • Senior Editor Wine & Spirits Charles was a renown Plastic Surgeon in Miami for 25 years. After retiring, he earned a St. Thomas University law degree and taught at several universities. He’s an avid gastronome and wine connoisseur; an ardent wine collector (40 years); a wine and spirits educator; and has organized and judged National Young Sommelier Competitions for La Chaine des Rotisseurs, the prestigious International Food and Wine Society. As former Wine and Spirits Editor for Entertainment News and Views, his column ‘Splendor in the Glass’ earned a dedicated audience. His articles have appeared in Gastronome and many S. Florida magazines.
Joseph Nachio, Florida • Contributing Writer Joseph is a Panamanian American from South Florida. He is an MBA double graduate from the University of Notre Dame; with a specialization in finance, leadership, and management concentrations. Elliot Gourvitz, New Jersey • Contributing Writer Elliott is an attorney working in New York and New Jersey, specializing in International Law. His profession allows him to explore regional cultures and cuisine around the world. Although his appetite for food, wine, and travel started as a hobby years ago, it never abated. Steve lived in Europe for many years and brings us intimate knowledge of international travel and dining.
Joe Johnson, Florida • Production Joe has voiced local and national radio and TV commercials, narration, and on-hold messaging for over thirty-five years. He hosts a nationally syndicated Beatles radio program “Beatle Brunch”. Nearly all his voice work is recorded in his home’s full-production studio. Dario Monte, Florida • Video Journalist Dario’s love of the outdoors, motorcycling, fishing, and boating led him to exploring the United States and Canada over the years. Aboard his luxury motor coach, his “on the road” experiences have given him the opportunity to meet folks from every walk of life and share his passion about the responsible use of our natural resources. He will offer his insights as to why we should love and appreciate the great outdoors.
Michelle Van Slyke, New York • Contributing Writer Michelle has a passion for all things travel. She spent over ten years working as a freelancer. With the intention of writing exclusively on travel, she became certified in Internet and Social Media Marketing. Over the years, her experience in managing a timeshare resort honed her insights into the ins and outs of the hospitality industry.
