The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace has added True Food Kitchen & True Bar, the award-winning seasonally-inspired restaurant and bar that has pioneered healthy-driven dining. Founded in 2008, True Food Kitchen is guided by the principles of founder Dr. Andrew Weil’s anti-inflammatory food pyramid.
Its menu emphasizes wholesome, simple ingredients with a variety of gluten-free, naturally organic, vegetarian and vegan offerings. The menu rotates seasonally. Signature dishes include Spaghetti Squash Casserole, Organic Tuscan Kale Salad, Grilled Fish & Grass-fed Steak Tacos, Inside Out Quinoa Burger and more.
The restaurant features an indoor and patio dining space, inspired from an industrial warehouse overtaken by greenery with design elements of natural wood and stone and two interior private dining rooms; the first inspired by a tropical beach hut and the second showcases a trellis ceiling with hanging plants and natural stone mosaic.
