Chef Essig, who hails from NOLA, is collaborating with Long Shot Hospitality Chef/Partner Kyle Bailey to utilize Mid-Atlantic ingredients to prepare classic Louisiana fare. The Dauphine’s beverage program is developed in partnership with New Orleans native Neal Bodenheimer – owner of Cure, the 2018 James Beard Foundation Award winner for Outstanding Bar Program – and will offer innovative riffs on NOLA classics.
The expansive 145-seat restaurant boasts an additional 4,000 square feet of outdoor dining space for 110 guests.
