National Museum of Racing • Saratoga Springs, NY

National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame was incorporated in Saratoga during 1950 and moved to its present location in 1955. The Hall of Fame’s purpose is to recognize and honor deserving horses, jockeys, and trainers.

As one of America’s oldest sports, the museum houses a diverse collection of art, memorabilia, sculptures, and stunning artifacts that seek to document and share the social, economical, political and cultural history of Thoroughbred racing in America from the 18th century to present day. There are numerous educational programs that target both children and adults offered at the museum.
