Discover The Iconic Queensbury Hotel

Conveniently located between Saratoga Springs and Lake George, is the historic town of Glens Falls. The town like many small towns in upstate New York is experiencing a rebirth as the downtown streets are now lined with many new restaurants, cafés, and quaint shops.

In the heart of town a block away from the main street and situated across from Glen Falls City Park is the Grand Lady of them all… the stately 100 year old – Queensbury Hotel. Under the direction of seasoned hotelier and General Manager Tyler Herrick, the Queensbury Hotel has undergone a major renovation since it was purchased by local businessman Ed Moore in 2016.

Today over 85% of the hotel’s 125 rooms have been fully renovated with rich beautiful furniture, modern bathrooms, large screen TV’s and more. The elegant 2-story lobby has been restored and is the center piece of the hotel where guests gather to relax, read a book or enjoy jazz, reminiscent of the gilded era. Live entertainment is offered before or after dinner every Thursday-Saturday.

Dining options:

For refined dining – Park 26 is one Glens Falls’ top restaurants. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and during season, guests can enjoy alfresco dining on the patio overlooking the park. The menu features locally inspired modern American cuisine.

Fenimore’s, located on the corner of the property (Ridge and Maple Street), has 180 degree views of downtown Glens Falls and Historic City Park. It is the hotel’s version of a local neighborhood pub that offers a gastro-pub-style menu in a casual environment.  Fennimore’s serves lunch and dinner daily.

The Queensbury Hotel… a throwback to a bygone era, not to be missed!
