Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach has been making waves on the culinary scene for some time; its 1st restaurant opened in Milan in 1936. Since then it has expanded with five additional locations, including this one located in Palm Beach.
Expect fine dining in the main dining rooms or casual seating at the bar, with cocktail and café tables, signature coffee bar and gelateria.
The menu, by Executive Chef Marco Barbisotti, includes Vitello Tonnato, Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, Risotti and Cotoletta alla Milanese, alongside new dishes inspired by the sea. Sant Ambroeus also offers delicious housemade cakes, pies, tiramisu and a creamy millefoglie dessert. The restaurant is also available for private parties up to 50 guests.
