When dining at Truluck’s you are always guaranteed of having the freshest stone crabs available when in season. Truluck’s has its own fisheries and works exclusively with a group of dedicated crabbing professionals.
During Stone Crab season, the boats leave the docks early in the morning to harvest the crabs from the traps. Then they are delivered to Truluck’s fisheries the same day, where they are cooked, sized and packed in ice. From here they’re off to the airport and shipped to Truluck’s restaurants in less than 24 hours.
When in season, not to be missed is the Monday Night all-you-can-eat Stone Crab Feast. Frozen Florida Stone Crabs are NEVER served. Environmental stewardship and sustainability drives all aspects of operations including a dedication that seafood will never be served out of season.
