Maska combines centuries-old Indian culinary traditions with modern day techniques, resulting in progressive Indian cuisine blended together with Miami flavors. At the helm is Chef Helmut Mathur, who opened the first Michelin-starred Indian restaurant in America in New York.
The Miami menu consists of small plates, Maska Marke from the tandoori; and large plates such as Tandoor Lamb Chops; Goan Fish Curry; and Butter Chicken and samosas.
Available only in the Miami restaurant are the White Fish and Corn Ceviche with Sweet Potato Chips; Tacos with Pulled Duck; and Octopus Masala with Dill Yogurt. There’s also a lounge and full-service bar.
