Prime112’s menu features a great Raw Bar, Caviar, a selection of East and West Coast Oysters, Kobe Beef Sliders, Colorado Lamb Rack, Veal Chop, Prime Rib, and a selection of USDA Prime and Dry-Aged (for 30 days) steaks.
