Located in North Miami, The Museum of Contemporary Art is a collecting museum that documents contemporary art. The New York architecture firm, Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects, designed the 23,000-square-foot building. MOCA is home to a collection of nearly 500 sculptures, paintings, and works on paper by local, national, and international contemporary artists including Pablo Cano, Teresita Fernandez, Keith Haring, Alex Katz, Edward Ruscha, and George Segal. There is a Museum Shop and a popular Jazz at MOCA program on Friday nights.
