Big Al’s Oyster Bar • Las Vegas

The spirit of the “Big Easy” is definitely shown at Big Al’s Oyster Bar inside The Orleans Hotel and Casino. The casual restaurant serves up seafood dishes and delicious Cajun-Creole cuisine. Start with the perfect-for-sharing seafood sampler which includes shrimp, clams, oysters, Alaskan king crab legs and Big Al’s signature ceviche. Bayou entrees served in a large Louisiana-size bowl include jambalaya pasta, seafood gumbo, shrimp, and chicken carbonara, crab and shrimp boil, and pan-fried Asian salmon. Other menu items include sandwiches, wraps and salads. Lunch specials are available, too.
