La Mar at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami, celebrates one of the world’s most eclectic cuisines—authentic and diverse Peruvian Flavors by Gastón Acurio from novo-Andean to Asian-Peruvian.
The menu features 15 of Acurio’s signature ceviches, freshly frilled anticuchos, Wagyu beef, chicken octopus, and whole jumbo prawn. Causa dishes (mini-casseroles) include mashed potato dumplings topped with seafood and specialties with Japanese influence. The restaurant also offers specialty cocktails and a lavish two-hour brunch on Sundays, with indoor or outdoor seating with eye-popping water views.
