The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has unveiled culinary offerings aboard Ilma, its 2nd ultra-luxury super-yacht. Ilma will offer guests five dining venues, a refreshed in-suite dining program, seven bars and a signature wine vault. New highlights on the culinary scene:
Seta su Ilma by Chef Fabio Trabocchi, a modern Italian fine-dining restaurant. Expect a contemporary interpretation of Italian cuisine; from seafood to homemade pasta, all paired with wines. Each evening is a a seven-course tasting menu and on select afternoons, a lunch with a five-course tasting menu. These specialty experiences are available for an additional fee.
Beach House by Chef Michael Mina, an open-air eatery serving Pan-Latin and Caribbean menu. Its airy interiors flow into an outdoor pool deck. alongside craft beers, wines and tequilas. The menu highlights ingredients from the Caribbean with light, shareable bites. Open for lunch and dinner or signature brunch events, enhanced by lively programming including Latin-inspired live music, percussionists and nightly rituals.
Memorī, Mistral, Tides, The Living Room: Memorī, a 12-seat sushi bar with a selection of sake, champagne, Japanese whiskeys and plum wines. Mistral, an indoor-outdoor venue for a casual lunch, romantic dinner or cocktails. Tides offers seasonal menus inspired by the diverse regional flavors and techniques of the yacht’s destinations. The Living Room for freshly roasted coffee and baked pastries at the espresso counter each morning and specialty cocktails, fine wines and champagne accompanied by a live pianist in the evening.
