Since 1961, the South Florida Science Center has consistently made science exciting! Focused on computer coding, robotics and other leading-edge educational programs, the modern facility is now utilized by more than 250,000 students, teachers and visitors annually, helping to educate more young minds than ever before.

Enter the Science Center’s Hall of Discovery and explore 100 new or updated hands-on exhibits, an upgraded planetarium, a new science laboratory and much more. Just a few of the many highlights are: Journey Through the Human Brain an advanced neuroscience exhibit developed in collaboration with the Florida Atlantic University Brain Institute; Science On a Sphere a room-sized giant animated globe; and the quarter-mile Fisher Family Science Trail, connected to 15 new exhibits for continuing your science exploration outdoors.

Guests can also expect a beautiful, open-air amphitheater with live science shows, music and more. There is even an 18-hole miniature golf course designed by local legends Gary Nicklaus and Jim Fazio!
