Common House – an amenities-based, members-only social club, opens its second location in Richmond, Virginia! Founded in 2017 in Charlottesville, VA by friends and entrepreneurs Derek Sieg and Ben Pfinsgraff, Common House is a social club and third space that brings exclusive amenities, curated programming, and unique gathering spaces to its members.

Additionally, the social club houses co-working spaces with glass dividers to ensure safety on the second floor, and has private office spaces available on the third floor.

The venues will offer an All Day menu as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays featuring seasonal menus and dishes. Plus, members will enjoy a diverse beverage program and an in-house coffee roasting program.
