Balloon Museum Miami · May – Sept 2026

MAY 16, 2026 – SEPTEMBER 27, 2026
The first exhibition presented by the Balloon Museum dedicated to Inflatable Art is a group show where each work represents an interpretation of air through the ingenuity of international artists.
Pop Air first opened to the public in Rome in December 2021. Inspired by the Pop Art movement, when artists drew inspiration from mass and commercial culture, Pop Air adds a dimensional and architectural element, ensuring a unique experience that will characterize all the Balloon Museum’s exhibitions.

The all-encompassing and immersive experience, designed after the prolonged period of isolation imposed by the pandemic, celebrates the power of human interaction, offering a new form of sociality through art. These traits are manifested through vibrant, fluorescent, and large-scale art installations.

● Mariposa – 26-foot-wide butterfly sculpture and attached swing ● Soft Hurricane – invisible tornadoes that dance in the air ● Hypercosmo – a living ecosystem ● Swing –  suspended spheres choreography ● Crazy Love – vibrant inflatable labyrinth that invites visitors to wander through geometric forms that constantly reshape perception.
