Although the name would suggest otherwise, Pearl Oyster Bar is so much more than just a place to get great fried or raw oysters fried. In 1997, Chef/Owner Rebecca Charles set out back to create a complete Maine seafood dining experience with her reinvented version of a lobster shack.
