The menu highlights Chef/Owner Michael White’s signature hand-made pastas, seasonal ingredients, and traditional regional dishes inspired by land and sea. The menu provides a la carte, prix-fixe, and tasting menu options. White is a four-time James Beard Award nominee. Ai Fiori was awarded a coveted Michelin star for its “masterful” pastas among its many accolades.
Signature dish Astice is butter poached-nova scotia lobster, nebrodini, pea leaves, and tarragon soubise;rack of lamb with barley sunflower seed pesto; and milk-braised veal parcels, goldbar squash, and chanterelles. Dishes are impeccably presented and a palate delight.
