It’s an ‘all-out hog and more’ at Rodney Scott’s BBQ. Rodney Scott was just 11 years old when he cooked his first whole hog at his family’s weekly BBQ feasts. Later on, his esteemed fare earned him spots at the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, in Australia and Belize. He says, “My whole life has been about barbeque.”
