Herringbone, in Aria Resort and Casino, is all about ocean-to-table with fresh seafood highlighting the menu. Go for the blue crab and corn bisque or lobster fettuccine for lunch. Or the grilled Branzino for dinner. Herringbone does indeed have a “happy menu” but it’s only available in the bar area.
