Awarded a Michelin star just a year after opening, Hakkasan Mayfair is the second London outpost (the other is in Hanway Place) of this celebrated group of Chinese restaurants. Chef Tong Chee Hwee offers authentic Cantonese cooking with a contemporary flair. Selected Dim Sum and Chinese dishes are always new and constantly changing, such as Stir-Fry Peking Style Duck with dried chili, Szechuan pepper, baby leek and onion; or Sweet and Sour Duke of Berkshire Pork with pomegranate.
