Toro is a contemporary, charming Spanish-style tapas restaurant and bar that’s been serving Boston’s South End neighborhoods since 2005. It was created by James Beard award-winning chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette, with a menu that features Barcelona-inspired hot and cold small, shareable plates.
You might want to sample the restaurant’s Crudo de Atun Rojo; made from Maine bluefin tuna, aged soy, guanciale, and hearts of palm – or the Pescado Ahumado; perfectly smoked bluefish and shrimp terrine, horseradish, and lemon yogurt. Dishes are meant to be passed around the table and Toro is the perfect place to spend a few hours with friends, business partners, or family. The beverage program features classic-inspired cocktails and a varied, carefully curated wine list. Enjoy.
