Date & Thyme, is owned by Charlie Wilson, who studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. The restaurant is housed in an old gas station with a go-to convenience market with locally-made soaps and groceries, and mini café. The colorful, mostly vegan menu offers an array of salads, bowls, and toast.
