Matador Room

Renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten offers Latin cuisine with Spanish, Caribbean, and South American influences. The menu focuses on small and large plates made with locally- sourced seasonal ingredients. The dining room space, a dramatic sunken oval, features the original chandelier, recalling the glamorous supper clubs of the 1940s and 50s.

Menu items are fresh salads such as Hearts of Palm and Heirloom Tomatoes with young coconut and avocado; Charcuterie and Cheese Boards; Pizzas and Tacos; Masa and Tortillas, and entrees such as Seared Black Sea Bass with market potatoes, leeks, and guajillo vinaigrette.
