Common House – an amenities-based, members-only social club, opens its second location in Richmond, Virginia!  Founded in 2017 in Charlottesville, VA by friends and entrepreneurs Derek Sieg and Ben Pfinsgraff, Common House is a social club and third space that brings exclusive amenities, curated programming, and unique gathering spaces to its members.

Amenities: Weekly virtual and in-person programming (modified during the pandemic) includes live music, wellness classes, speaking engagements, wine tastings, master classes, and film club hosted in the in-house screening room. A podcast studio, library, rooftop pool, wine cellar, restaurant & bar, and marketplace featuring goods from local vendors. Additionally, the social club houses co-working spaces with glass dividers to ensure safety on the second floor, and has private office spaces available on the third floor.

Dining: Common House Richmond features two restaurants with distinct and dynamic offerings led by Executive Chef Matt Greene and Chef de Cuisine Bryan McClure. The venues will offer an All Day menu as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays featuring  seasonal menus and dishes. Plus, members will enjoy a diverse beverage program and an in-house coffee roasting program.

Events: There is a dedicated event hall, an open-air courtyard, bridal suite, wine cellar, and screening room. From full wedding ceremonies (including COVID-safe micro-weddings) to corporate celebrations, large and small. An experienced events team will help guests tailor their event to their specific needs.
