Since 1996 residents of Charleston and visitors lucky enough to stumble across Hominy Grill have been treated to true home-style dishes. This bustling restaurant is located in a homey historic single house, giving it an air of intimacy that goes well with the type of cuisine served by Chef Robert Stehling and his adept kitchen staff.
Guests will find all of the true classics here, like Housemade Hot Pepper Jelly, Pickled Shrimp, Fried Catfish Po-Boys, and Fried Green Tomatoes. To go with the traditional recipes the restaurant offers Southern-style cocktails as well. Although much busier, brunch is an excellent time to visit the Hominy Grill to enjoy their widely acclaimed Southern-style menu.
