Poydras and Peters • NOLA

Poydras and Peters, American brasserie and market, is located in the Lowes New Orleans Hotel. The American menu invokes curiosity and fun, offering an eclectic  Vietnamese and Italian influences. Chef Thomas Hines hails from the Brennan family of restaurants in New Orleans. Expect interesting dishes like pork belly poppers; smoked brisket tacos; specialty cuts of Chappapella Farms pork chops, whole roasted poussin; and cherry beignets.

Poydras and Peters pays homage to the cultural diversity and historical significance of the Poydras Market of 1838, which brought fresh seafood and produce to Nola during that time. Adjacent Bar Peters serves cocktails, local beers, whiskeys, and flights of rum. Signature drink  “Sneakin’ Sally through the Alley” features two Old New Orleans Rums!
