While the ambiance at Pistache is classic French, it’s the menu that features the true French dining experience in downtown West Palm Beach. Voted the “Best French Restaurant in Broward and Palm Beach” many times over, Pistache’s Chef de Cuisine Isaac Cerny has been delighting even the most selective diners for over a decade.
Menu items: Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie Board; classic Coq au Vin; Mediterranean Branzino with Seville Orange Butter; Foie Gras Torchon; Burgundy Escargot. And French Onion Soup Gratinee of course!
There’s an extensive wine list and a very approachable Happy Hour menu. Valet parking is free with a Pistache validation until 5 pm. On Friday evenings, Le Jazz Cafe features a weekly rotation of local musicians. The restaurant offers brunch, lunch and dinner.
* Editor’s Note: By Nancy Radlauer, Editor.InboundMagazine@gmail.com Pistache is one of my faves in the area because I’m a huge fan of French food. You will not be disappointed.
