Multiple Award-winning Chef Keller honors the Surf Club’s history with classic Continental cuisine. Located within the recently renovated historic Surf Club in Surfside, it recalls the ambiance of a past elegant era, when Winston Churchill, Elizabeth Taylor and the Shah of Iran vacationed there.
Signature dishes hearken back to classic menu items, such as True Ribeye; Beef Wellington; Lobster Thermidor Maryland Lump Crabcake and Avocado Louie.
Best bet: Kumamoto Oysters, flown in daily from Washington and served with a citronelle emulsion.
