If you are a lover of steak, then try My Way Italian Steak House, a restaurant that combines the sophistication of New York’s great steakhouses with a nod to the classic style of the Italian cuisine. As the Publisher of Inbound Destinations, I had the pleasure of dining at My Way with my good friend David Laurenzo and with Jerome Alexander the owner.
Jerome Alexander brings a touch of beauty industry glam to this steakhouse with his background in makeup, but his true passion lies in the world of great food and music, specifically the legendary Frank Sinatra. The decor of the restaurant is a testament to Sinatra’s legacy, with a large screen TV in the bar showcasing his various performances and music playing throughout the dining room. As a fan of Sinatra, myself, I found this a delightful addition to the dining experience.
But let’s talk about the real star of the show is the food. My Way is renowned for its dry-aged steaks that are aged on the premises for a minimum of 45 days. The steaks are displayed in a large glass cooler inside the lounge for all to see. The Tomahawk steak, long bone in 38 oz ribeye for two, was delicious. The tableside presentation by the chef sharpening his knives and slicing the steak added an element of theatrics.
The Florentine Steak Dry Aged Porterhouse is cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Beyond the steaks, My Way offers a range of pasta dishes, fish, chicken, and more, ensuring something for everyone. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the service is excellent. Don’t forget the classic desserts.
The bar is well-stocked, and the drinks are expertly crafted. On my visit, I witnessed the whole restaurant singing along to Sinatra’s iconic “New York New York.” I have to admit that I was the instigator. LOL
For a memorable evening, My Way is a great destination. When visiting be sure to let them know that you found them on Inbound Destinations.Com.
