One specialty is the famed Carrot Cake French Toast – carrot cake slices , dipped in a spiced French toast batter, grilled and topped with cream cheese frosting, toasted pecans, and maple candied carrots. Other faves include The Seafood Feast, stacked with tropical ceviche, seared Florida lobster tail, whole fried Florida snapper, grilled Madagascar shrimp, clarified butter and Cajun remoulade; and The Tower, which comes with spice brined chicken wings, smoked baby back ribs, NOLA BBQ shrimp, french fries and onion rings. Guests can savor expertly crafted cocktails at the bar and watch their mixologists create signature drinks. Bloody Mary cocktail aficionados will excite as they build their own libations.
